Last week we had DSN (20-23 Nov, 2008) in Hyderabad with 'Jhakaas' Anand Ji. Anand bhaiya (Anand Ji…:)) arrived Hyderabad on Monday Nov 17, 2008. And the same day we met him. Towards the end of the meeting we sat in a closed group listening to Anand bhaiya. While we all were about to leave I mustered some guts to ask Anand bhaiya if we can plan something for tomorrow…:). And to my surprise he asked in reply…what can we do? I slowly asked if he would like to come with us for a movie. There we go…bhaiya agreed for the movie and we quickly took a rough head count of those who would like to come for movie. And then we all left. As it was already late in the night thought of straightway logging into the site and book tickets online. Which happened perfectly. Next day we all met for the movie 'Dasvidaniya' (though we had decided and I had booked some other movie last night…well that's another story which I would cover in some other post...:)). It was a nice movie. When we came out of the cinema hall, bhaiya asked, "What is the take away from this movie?". We all had a rich knowledge session over this.
After that everybody bid goodbye to bhaiya and while almost everybody had left I asked bhaiya if he would like to plan something for tomorrow. Wow…bhaiya agreed. Then what I met bhaiya next day. That day ended with a dinner with Anand bhaiya. Before say good bye to bhaiya, he asked me to come to DSN center on Sunday (last day of the course). I told that I can come on Saturday itself but bhaiya asked that I should come on Sunday only.
Sunday (Nov 23, 2008) morning I reached the venue. The very first session that I attended reminded me of my DSN with Anand bhaiya. I decided to participate in other sessions as well and therefore decided to stay there till end. It was amazing to listen to the experiences of the participants. While bhaiya was leaving the venue he asked if I would like to come with him to the marriage of one of devotee which he was supposed to attend. Well that was an offer you can never think of reject. We had a great time in marriage too. Then it was time to say bye to bhaiya and I returned home with the amazing time that I spent with Anand bhaiya.
I am really fortunate and thankful to bhaiya that he gave me a chance to spend some 'special' moments with him.
Of course a lot of thanks to Guruji.
Jai Gurudev!
Joy Gurudev!
