Narada Bhakti Sutras - Day 3

Love Knows No Conflicts

  • Desire is intention with feverishness. Desire devoid of feverishness and with calmness is intention. Desire cause misery.
  • Whatever you do, do with calmness, being steady, being centered…that's the secret
  • If conflicts arise, be indifferent to them, this will stop from turning love to hatred
  • If you are indifferent to people, action, situations; they don't touch you; they just pass by without affecting you.
  • Thinking other things to be your support doesn’t allow you to be 100%. So drop supports and be ONE.
  • Recognize/honor everything but don't take them as your support because for the ultimate love i.e. divine love you can't even think of any support.
  • Drop all supports. The very feeling that I am being supported (by divine) is enough.
  • A confidence, a belief that I am not alone, God loves me and that I am being taken care of, in itself is Bhakti. This idea in itself is devotion/love.
  • When you see the intention behind the mistakes as right, mistakes don't bother you.
  • Between love and truth, truth always takes back seat and love always wins. Fear of losing love makes truth take back seat. But when love prevails and that space is provided to express love, truth wins.
  • Faith - Loving something that you have not idea about.
  • There can be conflicting things in a religion itself leave alone the things of different religions. Just ignore them. Be indifferent. Don't let them take focus.
  • Whenever there is conflict in love, just ignore them, because love knows no difference and conflicts.
  • Though love is beyond all restrictions, laws and rules; you will still have to honor them, respect them to avoid the fall.
